Summer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 summer squash
    onion (as desired)
    1 zucchini
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and zucchini until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Beat egg. Add milk, cracker crumbs and cheese. Drain squash mixture. Add 3 tablespoons butter. Add to egg mixture. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with extra cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
