Macaroni And Cheese(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Place butter in a 2-quart casserole dish and melt.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until thick.
    Stir several times during last half of cooking time to prevent lumping.
    Stir in cheese. Add cooked macaroni.
    Cover with tight fitting lid or plastic wrap.
    Microwave on Medium for 12 to 15 minutes or until heated throughout, stirring halfway through cooking time.
