Creamy Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. milk
    4 tsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook lima beans, covered, in the water seasoned with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
    Add frozen corn.
    Return to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and cook 5 minutes more or until tender.
    Do not drain.
    Gradually stir milk into flour; stir into vegetable mixture in saucepan.
    Add butter or margarine.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 2 more minutes.
