Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
    1 1/2 c. Potato Buds
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat shortening in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix Potato Buds, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken parts in egg and then mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
