Molded Egg Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    8 hard-cooked chopped eggs
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. seeded diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over water in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Heat over moderately low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatine is completely dissolved.
    Remove from heat.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
