Pineapple Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork loin or pork chops
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    brown sugar (as much as will absorb)
    1 can pineapple chunks, undrained
    1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
    1 green pepper, chunked
Preparation
    Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice and brown sugar; pour over the pork and marinate.
    Bake pork in mixture until done.
    Add the pineapple chunks, cherries and green pepper until warmed.
    Use the mixture over rice.
    (The marinade is also good with chicken.)
