My Original Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    8 oz. pimientos, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. sugar or 3 pkg. Equal
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Have cheese at room temperature, then grate.
    Beat with mixer after you add mayonnaise.
    Beat until smooth.
    Then add rest of ingredients.
    Beat until smooth again.
    Put in refrigerator and chill.
