Red And Green Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. crushed celery seed
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
    1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
    1 small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 red pepper, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and vinegar in small, non-aluminum saucepan.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 5 minutes and add celery seed, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
