Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium pork chops
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (7 oz.) box Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in electric skillet using oil or spray to grease skillet. Cover pork chops with tomatoes, tomato sauce and rice.
    Cover with water, just barely. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve with tossed salad and hot buttered bread.
