Tropical Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound cake
    1 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
    milk
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 (4 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
    1 c. strawberries, sliced
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Cut cake into cubes.
    Prepare pudding and pie filling as directed on package.
    Fold orange peel and half of whipped topping into pudding.
