Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Place in tightly closed container and refrigerate several hours; overnight is best.
    Drain before serving.
