Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salt water until tender.
    Cook onion and carrots in butter for about 10 minutes in a large skillet.
    Stir in sour cream, 2 cups stuffing mix, zucchini and soup.
    Mix and pour into an uncovered buttered dish and put remaining butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
