Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. coconut extract
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can Angel flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream shortening. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk. Bake in stem cake pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
