Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion in skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly; drain. Reserve some of the olives for topping.
    Layer refried beans, beef mixture, remaining olives, green chilies and cheese in greased 2-quart baking dish. Spread with taco sauce. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with green onions and reserve olives. Serve with nacho chips. Yields 6 servings.
