Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. salad dressing or mayo
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans plain bean dip
    1 c. chopped green onion
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. pitted black olives (3 1/2 oz.)
    2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    large round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix in separate bowl.
    To assemble:
    Spread bean dip in platter.
    Top with avocado mix.
    Layer sour cream mix.
    Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with Cheddar cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
