Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped raw apples
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil (Crisco or Wesson)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour (plain)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Peel apples; chop and set aside.
Pour oil in large mixing bowl; add sugar and eggs and beat well.
Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
Gradually add to cream mixture; add vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in 10-inch tube or oblong pan 1 hour or until done.
Slightly grease pan.
