Puffed Oven Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp. Butter
    3 Eggs
    1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
    1/2 c. Milk
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    Powdered Sugar
Preparation
    Place butter in a 10 inch oven proof skillet.
    Place in 400\u00b0 oven for 3-5 minutes or until butter is melted.
    In a bowl, beat eggs.
    Add flour, milk and salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Immediately pour into hot skillet.
    Bake about 25 minutes or until puffed and browned.
    Meanwhile, prepare Apple-Raisin Sauce.
    Sprinkle pancake with powdered sugar and cut into wedges.
    Serve with sauce. Serves 6.
