Rain Forest Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small tomato
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. mayo
    dash of paprika
    corn chips
Preparation
    Mash a soft, ripe avocado in a small bowl.
    Thoroughly mix in the lemon juice.
    Chop the tomato and add to the mixture.
    Blend in the onion, salt, chili powder and mayo.
    Sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
    Makes about 1 cup.
