Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
dash of salt
5 eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, and salt in pan. Mix egg yolks and milk then add to dry ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thickened stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and oleo. Pour into baked crust. Top with egg white meringue and brown.
