Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
2 1/2 to 4 c. sugar
3 1/2 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation

Mix rhubarb and sugar.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add Jell-O and pineapple and put in sterilized jars.
Refrigerate or can be frozen.
Use plastic containers for freezing.
