Tossed Salad With Vinaigrette Dressing(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. washed greens, torn into bite size pieces (romaine, Boston, iceberg, curly leaf lettuce)
    1/2 English cucumber, sliced very thinly
    1/2 red onion, sliced very thinly
    1/4 asparagus, blanched, cooled and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. white mushrooms, sliced thinly
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    In a large bowl toss all ingredients, except sesame seed. Pour vinaigrette over.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
