Hawaiian Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. spareribs, in 2 inch strips
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 can sliced pineapple
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and soy sauce into paste.
Brush on ribs and set aside 10 minutes.
In large skillet brown all sides of ribs in oil.
Transfer ribs to roasting pan.
Drain fat from skillet and add sugar, vinegar, water, pineapple juice, garlic and ginger; heat thoroughly.
Pour over ribs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn occasionally and place pineapple rings on top last 10 minutes.
