Hot Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crabmeat, picked over
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
pinch of curry powder
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Combine crabmeat, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Add lemon juice, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and onion.
Spread into shallow dish.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with saltines.
