Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. water chestnuts
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put 1/4 of the water chestnuts in the middle when you are balling them up.
    Brown meat balls in a skillet.
    Take out and drain.
    Put in a crock-pot and add barbecue sauce.
    Cook on low, about 3 to 5 hours.
