Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4-inch
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. dry marsala
2/3 c. beef stock
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix flour and pepper in dish.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture to coat.
Shake off excess.
