Chinese Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ribs celery
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 can chow mein mixed vegetables
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice celery crosswise.
    Chop onion and saute in a small amount of vegetable oil.
    Brown ground meat with onion and celery. Add mixed vegetables and water chestnuts.
    Season with soy sauce. Serve over cooked rice with noodles on top.
    Soy sauce may be added to individual's taste.
