Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake in loaf or layer pan 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
