Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt or to taste
    3 large onions, well chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    3 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Roll in flour.
    Place in well-greased dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients together with leftover flour.
    Sprinkle over the top of the meat.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Place foil over baking dish. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 12 servings.
