Fruit Filled Meringue Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
whipped topping
3 c. peeled and sliced peaches or a combination of fresh fruit
Preparation

Place egg whites in a small mixing bowl and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cover a baking sheet with plain, brown paper.
Draw six 3-inch circles on the paper.
