Beet Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. beet juice
1 pkg. Pectin
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash beets; boil to make juice.
Mix in Pectin and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil.
Add sugar; return to boil.
Boil hard 4 to 6 minutes; seal in jars.
