Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, cooked
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 to 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    2 to 3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Add butter, flour, egg yolks and other ingredients to mashed eggplant after it cools.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes in a pan of water.
