Beefy Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 c. cooked rice (2/3 c. raw)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat, onion and pepper.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour into greased casserole dish (13 x 9-inch). Top with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
