Coconut Tart Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May substitute 9-inch pie shell with tart pie shells.
