Holiday Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. water
2 pkg. Pillsbury quick bread mix (any kind, date, nut or banana)
2 2/3 c. None Such ready to use mincemeat
1 c. nuts, chopped or 1/2
2 c. candied fruit
Preparation

Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt tube pan.
In a large bowl, combine eggs and water.
Add remaining ingredients; by hand, stir until combined.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 80 to 90 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes; invert on cooling rack.
Cool completely.
Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
