Baked Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. celery
    1 can chicken rice soup
    2 c. chow mein noodles
    1 small can mushrooms (use juice)
    1 large onion
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. mixed vegetables (use juice)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Chop onions and dice celery.
    Brown meat, onions and celery in tablespoon of shortening.
    Mix with balance of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 10 servings.
