Orange Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 1/2 c. sliced cooked carrots
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
fresh chopped parsley
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and nutmeg.
Blend well; stir in carrots.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
