Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, boiled and deboned
    2 to 3 ribs celery, chopped
    mayonnaise
    1 onion, chopped
    3 to 4 pickles (kosher dill works well)
Preparation
    Process chicken and vegetables through a food processor or grinder and mix together in a large bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover and keep in refrigerator until ready to eat.
    Take out what you need, add mayonnaise to mix together.
    Great with crackers or on a sandwich.
    Keeps well in fridge.
