Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) hen, cooked
    12 oz. spaghetti
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
    1 1/2 cans tomato sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. hot sauce or Tabasco
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    spaghetti
    in
    chicken
    broth and bay leaf adding enough water
    to keep it moist.
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
    Add
    tomato sauce and cook slowly.
    Add mushrooms, soup and deboned chicken, then simmer.
    Add part of the cheese and
    mix with spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
