Mallow Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    dash of ground ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
