Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large bananas, sliced
1 c. coconut
1 c. strawberries
1 c. pecans
1 stick oleo, melted
2 sticks oleo, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream, whipped with 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, melted oleo and crumbs to make crust. Press into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Combine softened oleo and powdered sugar and beat with mixer for 15 minutes.
Pour over crust.
Layer fruits in order.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra strawberries.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
