Salade A La Francaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil or salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine oil and vinegar.
    Add other ingredients.
    Beat thoroughly with fork or eggbeater until thick.
    If desired, 1/2 teaspoon grated onion may be added or dressing may be made in bowl that has been rubbed with garlic.
