Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of hot sauce
dash of salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well.
Shape into 1 large ball or 2 smaller ones.
Roll in crushed pecans and chill.
Serve with snack crackers.
