Never-Fail Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

eye of round roast or any other roast of your choice
Kitchen Bouquet
salt and pepper
1 stick butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
This cooks any size roast brown on the outside and pink on the inside.
Put roast in pan and coat with Kitchen Bouquet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover the top of roast with pats of butter.
Place in preheated oven, uncovered, for 5 minutes per pound.
Do not open oven door.
