Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mixed herbs
1 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. arrowroot
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Melt butter in deep frying pan.
Saute mushrooms until golden brown.
Remove and reserve mushrooms.
Brown chicken in butter. Sprinkle with salt while browning.
Crush mixed herbs over chicken.
Add wine.
Cover and simmer until tender (about 25 minutes).
Stir arrowroot into water.
Blend into chicken liquid. Add mushrooms and stir until thickens and boils.
Serve over rice or noodles.
