"Scrumptious Taters"(Club Member: Ben Steadman) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 c. cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil peeled potatoes; let set until almost cool, then slice or dice. Melt butter. Mix with cream of chicken soup, cheese and green onions. Blend in sour cream. Add potatoes and toss lightly. Place in 9 x 12-inch casserole; top with corn flakes. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
