Butternut Squash Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed squash
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until well combined. Pour the mixture into casserole dish and bake for 75 minutes or until set. Serves 6 to 8.
