Chicken Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large soup bone
    3 or 4 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook soup bone in water for 3 hours.
    Remove bone.
    Add salt, pepper, bouillon or chicken stock, rice and parsley.
    Cook 25 minutes or until rice is done. Serve hot.
