Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. water
    peanut butter topping
    1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour or self-rising flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Let butter, peanut butter, eggs and buttermilk warm to room temperature for easy mixing (butter should be very soft).
    Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
    Combine room temperature ingredients with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat on slow speed of an electric mixer for 30 seconds, then at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl.
