Mexican Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Vigo Mexican rice
    2 (12 1/2 oz.) cans chunk white chicken or 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) can jalapenos
    chopped olives (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rice per package directions.
    After rice has cooked, mix with other ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese.
    Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
