Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.), fried crisp and crumbled
    1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick type baking mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly on bottom of lightly greased 10-inch pie plate.
    Blend remaining ingredients in blender on high speed for 1 minute.
    Pour over other ingredients in pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean from center of pie.
    Serves 6.
